Shipping & Returns
All orders are sent via the post in priority shipping. All of our scrunchies are handmade and certain pieces are made to order. Please be wary of this when ordering but at The Scrunchy Company we aim to get your orders to you as promptly as possible.
Once your order has been issued please insure up to 3-4 days to receive your order.
All sales are final. Exchanges will be on a case by case basis. No refunds. Store credit will be issued within 14 days of purchase if an exchange is granted.
If you receive a damaged/defected product, please email thescrunchycompany2020@gmail.com or call +44 78 932 10 76 with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. If approved, a refund will be issued.
Due to the nature of our product, worn items cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to decline any return request based on our discretion.
